Returns and complaints

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned products should be unused, complete and, if possible, packed in the original packaging. Please include your order details so that we can process the return smoothly.

If you would like to make a complaint, contact us by email and describe the issue. Please include your order number and attach photos if they help show the reported defect.
